“Exercise truly transformed my life”
In 2012, I left London’s fast-paced life for Sri Lanka’s vibrant landscapes, shifting from indulgent habits to a balanced lifestyle rich in nourishing food and outdoor activities.
Unexpected modelling opportunities in Sri Lanka highlighted my insecurities, especially after a Colombo Fashion Week rejection, motivating me to prioritise health and fitness. After 18 months of dedication, I became a Victoria’s Secret fitting model for four years, transforming exercise from a chore into a passion.
Returning to the UK during lockdowns after seven years abroad and a challenging breakup, fitness became my solace, enhancing both my physical and mental resilience. This personal transformation inspired me to turn my passion into a profession.
Since earning my qualifications in February 2021, I’ve become a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre and Post-Natal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and soon, a Soft Tissue Therapist. Overtraining led to two spinal disc injuries, reinforcing my commitment to help others avoid similar issues. My mission is to empower individuals to build strong foundations, correct imbalances, enhance mobility, and achieve sustainable, pain-free longevity through a holistic, functional approach emphasising core strength and fluid movement. This journey requires effort and pushing limits, but the reward is the joy of feeling great and moving freely. Together, we’ll pursue goals and cultivate a lifestyle that nurtures health, vitality, and confidence for years to come.
