What Is Nutrition Coaching?


Nutrition coaching provides personalised guidance to help you make healthier food choices, build better habits, and feel more confident in your daily eating. It’s not about strict diets — it’s about learning to fuel your body in a way that supports your lifestyle and goals.

While I’m not a registered nutritionist or dietitian, I provide non-clinical, evidence-informed coaching on healthy eating, balanced meals, and sustainable habit change. If your needs go beyond general advice (e.g. managing a health condition or supplement protocols), I’ll refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.



How Nutrition Coaching Works


Nutrition Coaching can be booked as a standalone service or combined with Personal Training. If you’re only purchasing PT, in-depth coaching time will be limited. You may choose to add Nutrition Coaching separately, or we can adjust your session structure to include both training and coaching.

Step 1: Consultation
We start with a 1:1 consultation (online or in person) to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and food challenges. Everything is kept confidential and used to tailor your plan.

Step 2: Personalised Meal Plan
You’ll receive a flexible meal plan via my mobile app, including up to 5 meals/day, full macronutrient info, and swap options for preferences or batch prep.

Step 3: Daily Habits & Targets
Track simple, achievable daily habits — like hydration, protein intake or step goals — through the app to help you stay consistent.

Step 4: Coaching Sessions
You’ll have regular check-ins (based on your package) to work through key topics such as:

  • Energy balance & calories
  • Meal planning & prep
  • Mindful eating & emotional triggers
  • Reading food labels
  • Social eating, takeaways & alcohol

Step 5: Food Diary & Ongoing Support
Log meals in your food diary through my app. I’ll review it between sessions to give feedback, support progress, and adjust your targets weekly. You’ll also have WhatsApp and in-app support throughout.

What Nutrition Coaching Is Not


Nutrition Coaching is not a clinical or diagnostic service. If you need advice for:

  • Medical nutrition therapy (e.g. diabetes, thyroid, PCOS)
  • Supplementation, blood work, or hormone support
  • Elimination diets or food intolerances

…then I’ll refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian. I only offer non-clinical guidance in areas where I am professionally trained and insured.

Not at all. This service is for anyone who wants to improve how they eat, fuel their workouts, or feel more in control around food. Weight loss may be a goal — but it doesn’t have to be.



The full content is designed to be delivered over 12 hours. You can split it flexibly — weekly sessions, monthly check-ins, or a structure that fits your routine. When combined with training, we can adjust the session time to include both.



Yes. Coaching is available 100% online, with check-ins, plans, food diary feedback and habit tracking through my mobile app and video calls.



Absolutely. Nutrition Coaching complements Personal Training perfectly. You can either book it as an add-on or split your session time to include both exercise and coaching — we’ll structure it based on your priorities.
