How Home PT Works
We start with a short consultation and movement check, then build a progressive strength plan with clear weekly progression. Sessions blend corrective exercise for posture, mobility and stability with form coaching and simple habits to lock results in.

Training Kit at Home
We can achieve a lot with dumbbells, bands and bodyweight. If you have your own equipment, I’ll integrate it. Programmes adapt to your space so you can stay consistent and make real progress.
Most clients start with 1–2 sessions/week and add a short home plan between visits.
