Before we begin your training, I recommend booking a Functional Movement Screening and Mini Health MOT. This one-off session helps us understand your body’s strengths and limitations, so we can build a safe and effective training plan from day one.

• Postural observations and mobility screening

You’ll also receive a corrective exercise plan via my coaching app, which may include:
• Mobility drills, stretches, and foam rolling
• A calorie and macronutrient breakdown based on your goals
• Suggested daily habits and activity level tracking

You can complete the plan at home or integrate it into your personal training or soft tissue therapy sessions for a hands-on approach. Not ready to book a full assessment?
