What Clients Say
EXCELLENT Based on 31 reviews Posted on Marialuisa RivadossiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Natalie's committment to her clients wellbeing is incredible. Not only she is so knowledgeable and talented, but she makes you feel at ease and teaches you how to focus on yourself. My long lasting back pain has nearly gone after only one session. Thanks Natalie 😊Posted on M AHTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Firstly, thank you Natalie. As I told you I skipped, felt much more free in my joints and overall, after my first soft tissue and stretch therapy. So i came back. Thank you. You bring a lot of passion, energy and ambition into what you do. You want to succeed and help your clients achieve better health, strenght and fitness. You are meticulous and apply your learned knowledge, checking in throughout your treatment. You are professional and want to learn more, buildig up your expertise. Keep going. There was also room for a chat and a laugh whilst you released tension and stretched muscles and ligaments. You put an amazing amount of strength and energy into your treatment and i can't thank you enough for the benefits I felt through that. Again thank you.Posted on Jenny KTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As someone that struggled with exercise and movement in general for 20+ years for multiple reason's, I certainly struck gold meeting Natalie, as not only is she a wonderful human, but her dedication and commitment to getting each of us moving correctly and with purpose is unmatched, and would 100% recommend Natalie! Attending Natalie's core classes, learning and developing the right techniques, where no two sessions are the same, but each session is driven with the want to get you moving and be the best version of yourself and always with smiles and laughter and the occasional grimace! Natalie's ability to spot parts of the body, that are not functioning probably and then adjusting exercises to help improve and strengthen, is a wonderful super power, and without this there are some exercises I'm not sure I would have attempted to try, let alone be doing them regularly, as having that trust and belief that it can be done and shown correctly, is huge as previously never had that so I wouldn't even try and told myself that I can't do it. Having also attended 1:1 Soft Tissue and Stretch Therapy sessions, not only works on making you feel good and easing years of built up stiffness and pain, but also better understand my own body and what it needs to enable changes and steady improvement. I can say that by understanding my misalignments and issues, this gives me something else to focus on and work towards rectifying, which I strongly believe I can, and that's purely down to the confidence that Natalie gives you by pushing, guiding and supporting you. Having someone like Natalie, with the knowledge, understanding but ultimately her desire for you to be and do better is unwavering and it this level of support and coaching which is why I will continue to keep pushing myself, so thank you Natalie for all you do and continue to do! For anyone looking for that one person to help start you on a fitness journey, I highly recommend Natalie!Posted on paul dyerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Natalie is a really outstanding personal trainer. All of her sessions are carefully tailored to your specific needs and they are also great fun - I recommend!Posted on Dragon QueenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The group organisers has a tendency to spread pseudo-science health advice from Instagram posts. When the group organisers acknowledged the inaccuracy of the information after being fact checked by members of the group, they still left the post up. It is damaging to spread misinformation even though the intent is good. For this, I've reduced the rating from 5 to a 4. Natalie the facilitator is really bubbly, approachable and friendly. She works hard to bring variation and fun into the group work out sessions. Her smiles and her welcoming energy one of the reasons why exercising with her isn't a dread. Love her heaps. She deserves 5 stars for how she conducts the sessions.Posted on Serena ScaramuzziTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been following Natalie's core class since it started. Natalie is a fun, knowledgeable and overall excellent coach. She explains the technique of each exercise thoroughly to ensure the form is correct and we exercise safely and effectively. The class's structure varies weekly and targets full body workouts all the time. She's able to structure the class in a way that allows her to monitor all attendees, with that she's mindful of individuals capabilities and limitations, and proactively offers alternative exercises. When I first joined my aim was to slowly introduce myself back into fitness after an injury made me into a couch potato for a long time. Following her class, and with her advice, my injury is now 90% resolved. Not only that, but with her bubbly personality, our group is now no longer formed of exercising individuals, but a group of friends that I very much looking forward to meet weekly! Thank you Natalie 🙂Posted on Rayan HajiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Natalie’s passion and commitment to helping us in her core fitness classes is unparalleled. I would never have got this far without her, and I can’t thank her enough! Definitely recommend :)Posted on Lina IordanakiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Natalie is an excellent trainer. Most frequent questions and answers
Yes — you can choose either when booking. Treatment Room sessions run in N7 (You First studio). For Home Visits across nearby North / Central London, travel/parking may apply.
Select the £20 “portable table” add-on at booking. I’ll bring a professional table; the fee covers transport and parking.
No. Many clients come for maintenance, recovery and prevention — especially if they train or sit at a desk for long periods.
It uses some similar techniques, but Soft Tissue Therapy is more targeted and corrective. The goal is lasting improvement to how you move and feel.
It depends on your goals and presentation. Some feel a big change after 1–2 sessions; others prefer a regular 2–4 week rhythm for maintenance.
Yes — and in most cases it’s the most effective approach. Soft Tissue Therapy helps release tension and improve mobility, but lasting change comes when we also strengthen the muscles that were underworking, overloaded or compensating. When you combine manual therapy with progressive strength training and lifestyle adjustments, the results are deeper, longer-lasting and more resilient.
If you choose a Personal Training package, your credits can also be used to book Soft Tissue Therapy — so you get the exact blend your body needs. Some clients rotate sessions (e.g. one training + one treatment), and others combine both in a single session. This flexibility ensures you make real progress, not just feel temporary relief.
Soft Tissue Therapy is powerful for releasing tension, reducing pain, and improving how your body feels now — but for long-term results we need to change the underlying cause. That’s why I combine treatment with strength training, movement coaching and lifestyle adjustments. When we strengthen the areas that are weak or underworking, support the ones that have been overcompensating, and improve movement habits, your body holds onto the results — instead of slipping back into old patterns.
Think of Soft Tissue Therapy as “opening the door” — strength training is what keeps it open.
