Once you book a session, you’ll receive a Google Meet link. At your scheduled time, we’ll jump on the video call, and I’ll guide you through a tailored workout in real-time—just like in-person PT. I’ll demo exercises, check your form, provide feedback, and adjust on the spot based on your performance.

We can work with whatever you have! Whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just bodyweight, I’ll design the session around your space and tools. Many clients get great results with minimal or no equipment.

Yes! That’s the beauty of online PT. You can train from your living room, hotel room, garden, or office—as long as you have Wi-Fi and a device with a camera, you’re good to go.

Absolutely. You’ll receive the same level of expert coaching, form correction, and accountability as you would in-person—just through a screen. Many clients find it even more convenient and consistent, especially with a busy schedule or frequent travel.

No worries—if we lose connection, I’ll reach out immediately to reschedule or continue when you’re reconnected. I build in buffer time between clients to make sure we can adapt when tech glitches happen.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll move your session to a later date.

Yes! Many of my clients use a hybrid model. You can combine online training with in-person sessions when you’re in London or add Platinum In-App Coaching from just £50/month to stay on track between sessions with nutrition, goal setting, and extra workouts.
