Rest assured you will be in safe hands regardless of your fitness level and experience. Adaptations will be offered for exercises to suit the different needs of participants so you are encouraged to choose the option that works best for you and not to compare yourself to others.
If you have any specific health concerns or injuries, you are advised to email Natalie prior to the class so she can advise you accordingly and prepare alternatives where necessary. At the very least, speak to her at the beginning of class, but given the nature of busy classes, receiving the level of attention and care that you deserve may be difficult so a message beforehand is always encouraged.
We all have to start somewhere and not coming to a class because you don’t think you are fit enough is not going to help you get fitter!
