A 12-week weight loss program to help you smash your weight loss goals in a sustainable and safe way through the combination of exercise and nutrition coaching to enable you to make healthier and balanced lifestyle choices that will help you keep the weight off.

The Programme:

Studies show that combining heavy and light weights in a workout regime helps transform the body more effectively than relying solely on one or the other. High-rep workouts done with lighter weights burn tons of calories during the session, while low-rep workouts with heavier weights increase calorie burning for 24 to 48 hours afterward. Adding a mix of both types of training also enables you to challenge different areas of fitness and have better functional fitness for everyday activity.

The program is for 12-weeks and includes a 5-day workout schedule every week of resistance training, HIIT, core training and steady-state cardio. 3 of                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 those days will be guided training and two days will be unguided steady-state cardio.
Since exercise alone is not effective in achieving weight loss unless there is a calorie deficit (you burn more calories than you eat), you will be set a goal for your daily calorie intake, taught how to use MyFitnessPal to understand how many calories are in the food you eat, and given coaching on how to plan balanced meals to optimise your health and wellbeing.

You will receive a Welcome Pack upon enrollment onto this program which includes everything you will need to feel empowered on your journey. In addition, you will have advice and support from myself at your finger tips around the clock. I will be there to guide you every step of the way.
