Join me in person for Functional Fitness Fusion – a coached small-group training class designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in functional, full-body movement.

For 60 minutes, you’ll train using a combination of structured strength work, conditioning, mobility, and core stability — with a strong focus on good technique and sustainable movement patterns.

Mondays are coaching-focused sessions, where part of the class is dedicated to learning and refining a key movement or lift. We’ll break this down with clear coaching points so you understand how to move safely and effectively.

The remainder of the session — and all other classes throughout the week — will vary in format. Sessions may be rep-based, time-based, station-style, or circuit-led. No two sessions are ever quite the same, but each one is carefully structured and purposeful.

What stays consistent is that every session is inclusive and adaptable. You’ll be guided through clear progressions and regressions so you can train at a level that challenges you safely — whether you’re new to strength training or building on existing experience.

Expect a mix of:

  • Full-body functional strength training
  • Core and stability work
  • Standing exercises for posture, balance, and joint control
  • Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements

No matter the format, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in your movement — training in a way that supports everyday life and long-term joint health.

The class will take place at The You First Studio, Corporation Street, London, N7.

Please arrive a few minutes before the start time to allow time to get set up.

Each session begins with a structured warm-up to mobilise joints and prepare the body for training.

Expect a combination of coached strength or skill work, functional full-body exercises, and conditioning elements, followed by mobility and stretching to support recovery.

Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the event. Any cancellation outside of this will result in a loss of payment.

If you booked via the You First app, you can cancel instantly subject to 24 hours’ notice.

Yes. Sessions are fully adaptable and coaching-led. You’ll be guided through options that suit your ability, and you’re encouraged to work at your own pace without comparison.

If you have specific health concerns or injuries, please email me ahead of time so I can advise and prepare appropriate alternatives.

Absolutely. I am a Pre- and Postnatal Specialist, and sessions can be adapted to safely support pregnancy and postpartum training where appropriate.

If you have a current injury or ongoing pain, a group class may not always be the best option. While adaptations can be offered, 1:1 personal training may provide a more suitable environment for recovery and rehabilitation.

What To Expect

6:30pm - 6:45pm
Warm-up & Mobility
The class will start with a series of dynamic stretches to loosen tight muscles and warm up your joints and muscles.
6:45pm - 7:20pm
Main Session
Mondays are coaching-focused sessions, where part of the class is dedicated to learning and refining a key movement or lift. We’ll break this down with clear coaching points so you can move well, safely, and with confidence. The remainder of the session — and all other classes across the week — will vary in format. You can expect a mix of rep-based work, timed sets, stations, and circuits to keep training engaging and progressive. Every session is adaptable, with clear progressions and regressions. The focus is always on good form, sustainable movement patterns, and training through safe, comfortable ranges of motion — suitable for all levels.
7:20pm - 7:30pm
Cool Down / Static Stretches
The class with finish with stretching to aid recovery and encourage balance within the muscles and joints.
