What is Core (Fun)damentals™ Live Online Core Strength Classes about?

Core (Fun)damentals™ is a 12-week training programme designed to help you rebuild strength from the inside out. The live online version lets you train from home while still being coached in real-time, learning how to breathe, brace and move with control before loading heavier weights.

You’ll follow the same 3-phase framework as the in-studio programme:

  • Phase 1: Breathing, pelvic floor connection and deep core activation
  • Phase 2: Stability and control through single-leg and anti-rotation work
  • Phase 3: Integrating your new core strength into foundational strength patterns

Every session is coached live so you can ask questions, get real-time cues, and learn how movements should feel in your own body.

Ideally, yes — Core Fundamentals™ works best when you complete all three sessions each week. However, I know life happens, so replays will be available for a limited time so you can catch up if you miss a live class.

Yes. The whole programme is designed with beginners and returners in mind. You’ll be guided through breathing, bracing and movement step by step, with regressions and progressions offered in every class.

Many people with back niggles benefit from learning how to brace properly and building strength gradually. That said, this programme is not a replacement for medical advice. Before we start, you’ll complete a health screen, and if I feel you need 1:1 support or medical clearance first, I’ll let you know.

Core Fundamentals™ is a structured 12-week system, not random follow-along workouts. Each week builds on the last, with a clear focus on breathing, bracing and core-led movement. You’re not just copying exercises – you’re learning how to move better and feel stronger in everything you do.
