A 60min session that combines elements of Pilates & functional movement patterns to strengthen your abs, glutes & back. Improve posture & reinforce balance & joint stability. Ideal for those looking to build core strength without high impact.

Join me every Saturday at 8:30am at the Caledonian Park Community Centre for Core (Fun)damentals — a women-only class combining Pilates and functional training to build deep core strength, improve balance, and enhance posture. This low-impact session focuses on strengthening your abs, glutes, and back to support better movement in daily life. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to progress or modify based on your needs.
