Both formats deliver the same quality of treatment — the difference is simply where you feel most supported and relaxed.

  • Treatment Room: best if you prefer a calm clinical space, want a set environment, or want to combine treatment with PT/Pilates training in the studio.
  • Home Visit: best if you’re busy, have mobility challenges, care responsibilities, or simply prefer to stay in your own environment.

No. Many clients come for maintenance, recovery and prevention — especially if they train or sit at a desk for long periods.

It uses some similar techniques, but Soft Tissue Therapy is more targeted and corrective. The goal is lasting improvement to how you move and feel.

It depends on your goals and presentation. Some feel a big change after 1–2 sessions; others prefer a regular 2–4 week rhythm for maintenance.

Yes — and in most cases it’s the most effective approach. Soft Tissue Therapy helps release tension and improve mobility, but lasting change comes when we also strengthen the muscles that were underworking, overloaded or compensating. When you combine manual therapy with progressive strength training and lifestyle adjustments, the results are deeper, longer-lasting and more resilient.

If you choose a Personal Training package, your credits can also be used to book Soft Tissue Therapy  — so you get the exact blend your body needs. Some clients rotate sessions (e.g. one training + one treatment), and others combine both in a single session. This flexibility ensures you make real progress, not just feel temporary relief.

Soft Tissue Therapy is powerful for releasing tension, reducing pain, and improving how your body feels now — but for long-term results we need to change the underlying cause. That’s why I combine treatment with strength training, movement coaching and lifestyle adjustments. When we strengthen the areas that are weak or underworking, support the ones that have been overcompensating, and improve movement habits, your body holds onto the results — instead of slipping back into old patterns.

Think of Soft Tissue Therapy as “opening the door” — strength training is what keeps it open.
