Push your limits & raise your heart rate in this 45minute, fast-paced fusion of strength and cardio. Shorter in duration but high in intensity, You First Fire is a total-body session designed to challenge endurance, burn calories & leave you buzzing

Join me every Saturday at 8:30am at the Caledonian Park Community Centre for Core (Fun)damentals — a women-only class combining Pilates and functional training to build deep core strength, improve balance, and enhance posture.This low-impact session focuses on strengthening your abs, glutes, and back to support better movement in daily life. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to progress or modify based on your needs.
