North London Based Personal Trainer

Operated from North London, You First is run by NASM certified, Personal Trainer and ex-Victoria’s Secret fitting model, Natalie Holmes, to help people on their journey to better health. 

So many people let the stresses and responsibilities of everyday life take priority over their own well-being. Although it may seem like the right choice now, not finding the time to work on your health and fitness will often result in you having to make time for sickness in the future.

By sacrificing a little bit of time to work on your self, you will feel like you have added hours to each day from the many benefits that come from a healthier lifestyle, which include; increased energy levels, efficiency, focus, elevated mood and the ability to move easier.

Ultimately, you will feel healthier, happier and like a better version of yourself which will positively impact every aspect of your life from relationships and family life to work and any other role you have to play.

Through education,  exercise programming & nutritional planning services, You First aims to aid people on their journey towards a healthier and more empowered lifestyle. If you are based in North London, our services are available in person either from the comfort of your home or in your nearest park. If you are further afield, all services are available virtually.

All programmes, whether personal training is included or not, come with a postural assessment and are created according to an individual's results.

If you book a physical personal training programme with us, we will do a number of initial assessments to test where you're at so that we can start you on your journey at the right level.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Natalie Holmes

Natalie is a North London based, NASM Certified, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and qualified First Aid practitioner.

With over six years of exercise and healthy living experience, gained during her four-year stint as a Victoria's Secret Fitting Model, Natalie is well-equipped with the tools and skills to aid people in their journey to becoming healthier, and ultimately better, versions of themselves.
