What Is Online Coaching?
Online Coaching is simply coaching which takes place over the internet instead of meeting in person. There are a lot of options when it comes to online coaching. For example, you could choose to have a customised workout and nutrition plan with in-depth instructional exercise videos provided via my app with daily habits and tasks for you to complete. Or, you may prefer to do your training and coaching sessions via live video where you will receive more interaction and guidance on form for example. Either way, online coaching removes limitations due to location and the need to account for travel time, traffic and bad weather, and is suitable for everyone regardless of their goal.

All Online Coaching Programmes last at least 12-weeks and include a live Functional Movement Screening and video consultation. The findings are then used to create a customised training programme that is aligned to your needs, goals and fitness level. “Needs” for example, could include the type of equipment in your workouts, the number and length of your workouts and, the style of your workouts. Your coaching programme will include workouts with demonstration videos, daily habits and tasks, nutrition goals and around the clock support with scheduled check-ins. In addition to the aforementioned, there are various packages available which determine the level of additional coaching you receive. With the Gold package you will receive 5 additional hours of live coaching, with the Platinum package you receive 10 and with the Diamond package you receive 15. These hours can be used for both one-on-one personal training and/or coaching on a multitude of different topics relating to exercise and nutrition, for example;

Not if you don’t want one! Your training programme will be based around the equipment you have available, which will be discussed in your consultation. So whether you are looking for bodyweight workouts only or you want a gym workout, we have got you covered.
The You First app is an amazing tool for accountability and tracking. Not only does it sync will most activity trackers and MyFitnessPal so we can see what you are actually doing on a daily basis, you will be set daily tasks and habits which you will need to mark as complete. Anything that you miss will be flagged on our end and then we will be in touch! You will have a whole calendar of tasks and events such as check-ins, coaching calls, workouts and progress updates so you know what to expect and when and can adjust your mindset accordingly. At the beginning of your programme you will also be asked to take photos and measurements, which will be uploaded into the app, and at specified intervals you will be asked to update them with recent ones.
